Tracy Lee Tolbert, age 59, of De Soto, Missouri, passed away on July 16, 2021, at his home. He was born on March 01, 1962, in Kennett, Missouri. Tracy was a quality control inspector at McCay Tool and Engineering. He enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, and gardening. He was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in De Soto and Knights of Columbus # 1185.
