Tara Nicole Kelam, age 22, of Hillsboro, Missouri, passed away on June 22, 2020, in Hillsboro. She was born on January 13, 1998, in St. Louis. She was employed with Sorrelli’s in Cedar Hill and at Bobby’s Place in Valley Park. She was an Alumni of Hillsboro R-3 School District and Jefferson College. She recently earned her Bachelor of Arts in Human Services with a minor in Psychology from Missouri Baptist University.
She was a lover of the outdoors, from hiking and climbing trees with her brothers, going on family camping trips, taking her Pitbull’s on adventures with Courtney, collecting rocks and seashells, and playing outside with her nephews. Family always came first in her life, caring for them was her priority. She had a tremendous impact on everybody that she came in contact with.
She is survived by her parents: Thomas “Tom” and Jackie (nee Mclntyre) Kelam, her brothers and sister: Thomas Jr., Tyler, Trevor, and Talie, her grandparents: Donna and Art Mclntyre, Rose and Don Parentin, and Marty Kelam, her partner: Courtney Wilson, and her Pitbull’s: Daimo and Pax.
She is also survived by her aunts and uncles: Tammy and Phil, Bob, Jessica, Jenny, Joe and Jen, Heather, and Jim, her cousins: Andrew, Blake, Ben, Shane, and Rhonda, and her niece and nephews: Nova, Bryce, Gryphon, Tripp, and Kai.
She was preceded in death by: Travis, Samantha, Grandpa Bob, and her best friend Dalton.
There will be a private graveside service at Hillsboro Cemetery, followed by a Celebration of Life: Tuesday, June 30, 2020 from 1:00 to 5:00 pm at the Hillsboro Community Civic Center, 10349 Business 21, Hillsboro, Missouri.
