Sterling "Mauriece "Dudley

Sterling Mauriece Dudley, went to be with Jesus on January 1, 2023, at age 89 years, 11 months, and 2 weeks.

Mauriece was born to Thomas Edley and Emma Rosena Dudley on January 15, 1933 in Neelyville, Missouri.

He was a devoted husband to his first wife Rosella Dudley for 52 years, his second wife Deloris, for 9 years and a loving father of Tom, Lois and Sue.

Mauriece was an accomplished barber for more than 50 years before retiring. In his younger years he enjoyed going to church, gardening, hunting, wood working, and visiting with family. He surrendered to preach and pastored a baptist church in Oxly and Hillsboro, Missouri. He was a current member of Bethel Baptist Church, Imperial, Missouri.

He was preceded in death by his wives, Rosella and Deloris, daughter in law-Bonnie and grandson Daniel.

He is survived by his three children, Tom (Teresa) Dudley of Edina Missouri. Lois (Jim) Chronister of Hillsboro, Missouri. Sue ( Russel) Martin of DeSoto Mo. Two granddaughters, 9 great grandchildren, sister Floella Myers of St. Peters, MO., and brother Harold Dudley of Florissant, MO.
