Russell Scott Bennett, age 56, of Hillsboro, Missouri, passed away on Sunday September 18, 2016, in Festus, Missouri. He was born September 25, 1959, in Norfolk, Virginia. He was the son of the late Daniel Bennett and Ruth Marcheta Bennett (nee Jackson). He was a river boat Captain.

Burial of ashes with military honors-Friday, September 30, 2016 at 2:30 pm at Jefferson Barrack's National Cemetery, St Louis, Missouri. Meet Promptly at 2:15pm at Sylvan Springs Park Pavilion located on Sheridan Road on left just before National Cemetery Entrance. We will meet there and then process to the cemetery.
