Ronda Lea Balmer

Ronda Lea Balmer, age 54, surrounded by family and close friends, died April 15, 2018 in Desoto, MO. Ms. Balmer, long time resident of Desoto, was born in Paragould Arkansas, April 13, 1964.  To be happy and to enjoy life was extremely important to Ronda. She believed in living life to its fullest and she did just that. Those who knew Ronda know that she was very passionate about music. She was a talented artist and a collector. Ronda spent her life enjoying music, art, friends, family, the outdoors, and gardening. Her great love in life was her animals, and her best friend was her dog, Teddy. 

Ronda was the loving daughter of William and Shirley Balmer of Desoto. She was blessed with two children, Jeana Balmer and Wade Cloninger of Desoto. She was grandmother of Lillian Brooks, Maximus Mesler, and Wyatt Cloninger. She left behind one dear sister Belinda Hicklin (née Balmer) and she was aunt to, Bailee Dean and Kennedy Hicklin.  

Memorial Gathering: Sunday, April 29, 2018, from 2 to 4pm at Robert D. Brown Funeral Home Inc, 103 4^th Street, Hillsboro, Missouri, 63050.

Memorial Service: Sunday, April 29, 2018, at 4pm in the funeral home chapel. Officiated by Larry Dean.
