Richard Orchard

Richard "Dick" Wallace Orchard

Age 84, of Festus, Missouri, died on November 11, 2023, in Festus. Born June 01, 1939, in Alley Spring, Missouri. He was the Son of the late Woodrow and Velma (nee Wallace). Rich was raised in Ink, Missouri, and went to high school in Eminence, Missouri. He attended Southwest Missouri State in Springfield, Missouri. He briefly taught from 1959-1960 in Round Valley, Missouri. On May 11, 1960, Rich married his wife Juanita of 63 years in Summersville, Missouri, then the couple moved to St. Louis where he worked for The Graham Paper Company. Later he founded Complete Roofing Company he ran the business until 1997. He was a member of Twin City Church of Christ. Rich loved Bluegrass music and was an accomplished guitar player and singer. He performed with numerous bands over the years.

Granddaughter-Molly (Colten) Cook, of Bonne Terre, Missouri

Great Grandchildren: Aliyah, Landen, Connor, Jace, Ava, Oscar, and Miles.
