Paul Raymond "Chuck" Fears, age 63, of Hillsboro, Missouri, passed away on January 12, 2013, in St. Louis, Missouri. He was born June 19, 1949, in St. Louis, Missouri. He was a retired baker and had worked for Colonial and Hostess Bakeries. Chuck was a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran.
