At the age of 62 he passed away on October 9th 2019 at St.Louis University hospital. Jim was born December 29th 1956 in St. Louis, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents Charles V. Barnard and Nona Nanna (nee Pickett).

Loving husband of Betty Lou Barnard (nee Sellers), Loving father of Jayna Rollings & Loving stepdad of Dawn Nephew, Loving grandfather of Kylie Rollings, Dustin Rollings, Austin Nephew and Brandon Nephew. Loving Uncle to many.

He was very close to his niece Mica Sellers; Loving brother of Steve Barnard, Wayne Barnard Barbara Bateman and Tammy Pyatt, Loving brother in law, uncle, cousin & friend.

Jim loved his KSHE Classic 70s music, he loved traveling, and was a very proud Union man of local 513, he loved operating cranes - the bigger the better!

Jim was a man with a very big heart.
