Merrain Maxyn Batey

Merrain Maxyn Batey age 88 of Hillsboro Mo, passed away on May 26, 2014 at his home in Hillsboro Mo. He was born June 17, 1925 in Newton Iowa. He was retired from General Motors where he worked as a Paint Sprayer. He was a member of Masonic Lodge #177 Houston Mo and Morse Mill Baptist Church.

Survived by-

Wife- Rosalie J Batey (nee Brown) of Hillsboro Mo.
Son- Patrick M. (Becky S.) Batey of Cape Girardeau Mo.
Son- Terry L. (Edna K.) Batey of Mineral Point Mo.

Grandchildren-

Crystal, Brian, Ryan, Randy, Terah, Little Ryan, Shawn and Hannah

Great Grandchildren-

Alydia, Mason, Dahlton and Braylee.

Visitation will be held Friday May 30 2014 from 3:00 until 7:00 pm at the Robert D. Brown Funeral Home Inc. 103 fourth street, Hillsboro Mo 63050.

Funeral will follow the Visitation Friday evening in the Funeral Home Chapel at 7:00 PM.

Mr. Batey will be cremated after the services.
