Felica Deshay Banks, age 25, of De Soto, Missouri passed away on June 26, 2017 at Mercy Hospital Jefferson. She was born December 12, 1991 in Missouri. She is survived by many friends that helped her throughout her life and especially by her Pony Bird friends and family. Felica touched many people with her kind eyes and loving smile. She will be missed dearly.
