Elijah Joseph Lee Hancock

Our beautiful son, Elijah Joseph Lee Hancock was born on November 13, 2022 at 8:48 AM in Festus Missouri to parents, Katlyn Lederle and Blake Hancock. Just a short time after coming into this world, Elijah passed away peacefully in his loving parents' arms at Mercy St. Louis NICU at 3:20 PM.

Elijah was born 17 weeks early and weighed only 1 pound 2 ounces. He was very loved already and touched so many lives during his short time here with his parents and family.

Elijah is survived by his parents, Katlyn Lederle and Blake Hancock, Festus, MO, his great grandmother, Helen Oberkramer of Festus, MO. Grandparents: Carol Hancock (Kevin Bronaugh) Festus MO, Mary and Jimmy Lederle Cedar Hill MO and Matthew Hancock, Festus, MO. Uncles: Christian Hancock, Festus MO and Chase Lederle Cedar Hill, MO. Aunts: Carmen Giardina(Theodore Hageman) Cedar Hill MO and Alexis Giardina of Gerald, MO along with many other family members who were anticipating his arrival.

Elijah joined his great grandparents: Sandra Welch, Joseph VanDoren, Iris and Dennis Hancock and William Oberkramer, in Heaven.

Arrangements are under the direction of Brown Funeral Home, Hillsboro Missouri. Graveside services and burial will be held on Saturday November 26 2022 at 10 AM at Sandy Baptist Cemetery in Hillsboro, MO.
