Edward Roy Elkins, age 35 of St. Louis Mo, passed away on July 30. 2016 in Cadet Mo. Born October 16, 1980 in St. Louis Mo. He was an outdoorsman and loved to hunt and fish. Survived by: Wife- Brandi L. Nepsa- Elkins, Stepson- Daniel Lee Moon, Father- Joe H. (Wife-Anna) Elkins Jr., Sister- Caitlyn Joyce Louise (Husband- Zach) Zeigler (nee Elkins), Brother- William Joseph Howard (wife- Heather) Elkins, Stepsister- Amber Rosa (Husband- Shaun) Rogers (nee Murrell), Stepbrothers- Cory Allen (wife- Tristyn) Murrell, Robert Lee (Wife- Christal) Mckernon III. Uncle – Dennis Michael Lipski, Aunt- Clara Yvonne (Husband- Aaron) Airras (nee Elkins). Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. A friend to many. Preceded in death by: Mother- Gail Lynn Elkins (nee Lipski), Step-mother- Carman Denise  Elkins (nee Conway), Grandparents- Richard Lloyd Lipski, Betty Lipski (nee Smith), Joe H Elkins, Etta Geneva Elkins (nee Cain), Aunts- Phyllis Louise Montgomery (nee Elkins), Patricia Ann Elkins, Uncle- Carl Walter Montgomery.
