Blanch "Iris" Neuman

Blanch Iris Neuman (nee Walls), affectionately known as Iris, passed away on December 26, 2023.

Iris retired after working for Chrysler for over 25 years. She loved archeology and went on digs in the area in her younger years. She was a Jefferson County Master Gardener with Kress Farm Garden Preserve. She had her own greenhouse and beautiful gardens surrounding her house. She shared her gardening knowledge and plants with many family and friends. She loved volunteering at the Peace Pantry in Cedar Hill. She had a God-given gift of hospitality and welcomed a multitude of family and friends into her home over the years. She was a great cook. She always wanted to be helpful in any way she could. She will be greatly missed by her family and very many friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 6th, 2024 from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Robert D. Brown Funeral Home, 103 Fourth St. Hillsboro, MO 63050

Service will follow the visitation at 7:00 pm in the funeral home chapel.

Memorials may be made to Kress Farm Garden Preserve or the Peace Pantry in Cedar Hill.
