Angela Converse

Angela Harriet Converse (nee Hubler)

Age 96, most recently residing in Festus, Missouri, passed away on March 28, 2023 at StoneBridge Nursing Home in DeSoto, MO. Born March 20, 1927 in Granite City, IL to parents Harry Hubler and Angelica Hubler (nee Malano). On March 2nd, 1946 she married her sweetheart Myron Converse and had one son. Angela worked as a File Clerk for many years. In her spare time she greatly enjoyed, crocheting, drinking wine in the pool, and traveling to Hawaii. At one time she and Harry decided it would make sense to just move there and so they did. They had a wonderful time together in Hawaii for 10 years or so before moving back to Missouri to be with their family.

She is survived by her son Myron (Cynthia) Converse, of Festus, MO and her granddaughter Marissa Hawkins, of Benld, IL.

An Interment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery will be scheduled at a later date where she and Harry will be together again.
